Perry-Houston County Airport (PXE)

is Middle Georgia’s most convenient and economical public general aviation airport. Stop in PXE for an inexpensive top-off and a free cup of coffee.

PXE is 4 miles northwest of Perry, Georgia, and the award-winning Georgia National Fairgrounds and Agricenter, and serves Middle Georgia’s general aviation needs with a 5,004’ x 100’ runway, hangar space, and fuel services.

The Perry-Houston County Airport Authority Board has permanently changed their meeting dates from the first Monday of each month to the THIRD Monday of each month.

(As of October 27, 2026) The Perry-Houston County Airport currently has hangars available for immediate occupancy.

There are THREE open-T (shade) at $125/month, and TWO enclosed standard (42' wide) at $250/month.

  • OCTOBER 8-18, 2026

    The Georgia National Fair returns to Perry Oct. 8–18 at the Georgia National Fairgrounds Agricenter (401 Larry Walker Pkwy). Perry–Houston County Airport is just minutes from the fairgrounds and welcomes general aviation visitors with convenient access, parking, and fuel services.

  • NOVEMBER 16, 2026

    The Perry-Houston County Airport regularly scheduled meeting of the Authority Board will be held every THIRD Monday at 4:00 PM in the terminal building. The public is invited. The minutes of each board meeting are posted at the Perry-Houston County Airport terminal.

  • NOVEMBER 26, 2026

    The FBO will be closed for Thanksgiving Day. Self‑service fuel will remain available, and limited service may be provided if scheduled ahead of time (call‑out fees apply). Normal hours resume on November 27. Wishing everyone a safe and Happy Thanksgiving!

  • JANUARY 1, 2027

    The FBO will be closed on New Year’s Day. Self‑service fuel will remain available, and limited service may be provided if scheduled in advance (call‑out fees apply). Normal hours resume on January 2. Warm wishes for a safe and Happy New Year.

    The FBO will be closed on Christmas Day. Self‑service fuel will remain available, and limited service may be provided if scheduled ahead of time (call‑out fees apply). Normal hours resume on December 26. Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas!
